Overview


This comprehensive program was created to cover Fire Sprinkler and Alarm Contractors for their typical operations which may include design, fabrication, installation, service, repair, testing and inspection of sprinkler and alarm systems. Other ancillary operations are also considered. This successful program has grown and in 2008 RelMark Group was formed to provide additional services specifically designed for this program.

We have expanded our Fire Sprinkler Contractors Program to include Alarm Contractors offering coverage for their typical operations which may include design installation, service, repair, monitoring of residential and commercial systems.

  • Available in All States, Except AK, CO, HI and Limited NY

  • General Liability
    • Occurrence E & O
    • Additional Insured Forms - ongoing and completed operations
    • Primary non-contributory, Waiver and 30 Day notice of cancellation
    • OCP policies available for GL insureds
  • Excess Liability Policy
  • Environmental Policy either covering:
    • Pollution including mold
    • Pollution and claims made professional

Limits

  • $1,000,000/2,000,000 Per Occurrence/Aggregate for General Liability
  • $5,000,000 excess limits

Submission Requirements

  • Supplemental Application
  • ACORD Applications
  • Loss Runs -Five Years Hard Copy Currently Valued with Details of Losses Over $10,000
  • Copies of Insured’s Service and Inspection Agreements and Alarm Monitoring subscriber agreement with liquidated damages in favor of insured.
